I will never purchase from this company. Most condescending associate. I went in trying to purchase a Freestanding Oven today. I had questions I wanted to ask. Maybe not the best questions but the answers were important to me to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. When asking if the carried a particular brand he said “no they are junk if anything goes wrong you might as well throw it away.” A simple no would suffice. Thanks for letting me know some of the other appliances I previously purchased were “junk.” Questioned a class action law suit I was reading about against a manufacturer the reason I was asking is I wanted to know if others besides me and the many people with the same issues could relate to their customers experiences. I was trying to avoid purchasing the same problem our oven of 4 years just had. His response with a smart *ss grin is you do know it take just one person to file a class action law suit. Again not really answering my question. I was not trying to be combative just wanted to feel comfortable with my purchase. I felt like if I were to have any issues this company would not make it right. In the long run I am glad this happened as I went to a LOCAL competitor and received excellent service a fair price and I felt confident with my purchase, delivery the next day!

My wife and I just purchased a set of 4 new appliances from Good Deals. It was an excellent experience. Alex was our salesperson and understood we had a brief window for purchase and delivery. He quickly put together an order of available items and was able to arrange for delivery. He did not try to oversell us.Our delivery and installation technician, Daniel, was superb!! He was highly professional and also had a sense of humor. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He overcame multiple obstacles, which were a consequence of a previous remodel, quickly and successfully. He was careful to avoid any scratches or damage to our condo, cleaned up well and efficiently removed our old appliances. Sadly, my experience was poor and saving a few dollars was not worth it! My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable but misrepresented product delivery. A package of 4 appliances was ordered and each item came at different times, which required 4 appointments. The last appliance was a stove which arrived after 3 1/2 months. Each time I inquired about the products, I was given different excuses and the staff was apathetic about delay. A word of caution, look closely at each appliance...features and materials are not as expected.

We bought a house in Naples and it came with appliances but the refrigerator and dishwasher were not in great shape. We went to Good Deals in Naples and were greeted by Paul Skafas. He not only got us a refrigerator that fit our needs but an upgraded dishwasher as well. Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later, not weeks later! The delivery was a joy. The guys were helpful and more than on time. We had trouble with the refrigerator but 3 days later, they brought us a new one and picked up the bad one. The new one is purring along perfectly. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their product today so hats off to Good Deals. We will be back.

At first the sales were great. Purchased over $13k in kitchen aid top of the line appliances, the removal team was terrible, rude, not knowledgeable, scratched the heck out of our floor, complained they hated their job etc. terrible experience. Never measured for correct fit on all the appliances. My husband and I had to strip down the old 42” fridge to remove from our house since their team didn’t know how to remove it (second level kitchen, large elevator). We bought equipment ($700) to float the new fridge in on our new wood floor. Delivery team wasn’t that friendly either. After new fridge was in, the inside was damaged but we accepted it at that point. 2nd time using dishwasher, the top sprayer broke off. It’s still broke. Fridge had a bent top piece that’s noticeable to anyone, they said they would re order that piece. 4 months of emails and calls in to reach Bobby, nothing!! If you want a good deal, go here but be aware of delivery, rude workers, customer service!! I learned my lesson.Update: my handles on fridge and dishwasher are loose and the top rack welded piece of dishwasher just snapped off! Good deals, bad company!!! Don’t waste your time!!!!

I was remodeling my kitchen and bought a dishwasher and range which I made sure were in stock. They recommended that I wait till the countertops were installed although I could have taken delivery right then instead of in 2 weeks. I paid for everything and set up the delivery. When it came time for delivery I was told that someone else accepted delivery before me and they no longer had my dishwasher. They had no idea when I might be able to get one. I told them I bought a d/w and then they sold it to someone else. They told me that I didnt know how appliance sales worked. I got a refund and bought one at Home Depot for $100 less.

I had an excellent experience working with Jason purchasing a new refrigerator. Went there recently on a Wednesday and purchased a refrigerator. I was stuck as the old refrigerator was not working. Jason said he could have the refrig delivered on Friday. After explaining the circumstances, Jason made some calls and had the refrig delivered the following day (Thursday). The refrig was delivered and calls explaining the time of delivery went perfect. So far so good!! Thank you Jason!

Good price but terrible service. I called Naples location and a young smug kid answered the phone rude as hell. No help at all. 3 of four appliances had issues within a year. I heard from 2 other friends they had issues too. Won’t buy from there again.

We just moved into a new (to us) home with a nice laundry room, except that the former owner left an old Bosch washer & dryer set that were awful. Chuck at Good Deals helped me find my new Maytag set yesterday and arranged delivery for today. When the delivery guys, Daniel & George, got here we all realized that the fancy countertop and cupboards in the laundry room restricted the space needed to bring the old set out and the new washer & dryer in! My heart sank. But, Daniel & George lifted the old machines out and then lifted new, bigger machines up over the countertop and got them installed. Amazing service!!! I recommend Good Deals 100%

BUYER BEWARE! DO YOUR HOMEWORK! We bought 3 Whirlpool appliances here in 2020. The fridge fan was making noise and we called the sales rep Kyle within ONE HOUR of installation. The first tech who came to look after a week said that noise is “normal”, second guy said it too. It sounds like a loud cell phone ringing EVERY TIME you open any of the 3 doors. So you spend $3;000 plus the service plan for an appliance you can’t return for any reason - it’s a 30% restocking fee as well. In showroom, the fridge is turned on so you see the lights on when you open it, but it’s not in run/cold mode, so that must be how they hide that aspect of it. Take your business elsewhere!

Caution, they will not take away your old appliance as they say. They have the excuse, upon arrival, that our dishwasher smelled and they would not take it. Of course it smelled, it broke down. They do not have this in writing and when we called to speak with the manager, they repeated they would not take a smelly appliance. So even if we were to clean it, then would they remove it? Answered no.Ridiculous and so wrong

Bought a full set of appliances from this company with the understanding that we were buying the top-of-the-line Jenn-air appliances that we were shown on the showroom floor.Had a whole house renovation done after appliances were installed come to find out we did not get the dishwasher that we were shown in the show room floor .So we are left with the feeling that we had been baited and switched on the dishwasher. So my suggestion to anyone else is to make sure you double check your paperwork before you leave the showroom floor with this company. Update from my initial blog. I was contacted by Mike the store manager or owner not sure which one but he assured me that they would do good by us and replace the dishwasher that we have now with the upgraded dishwasher that we thought we were going to get.At no additional charge for the upgraded dishwasher and the removal and installation of the new one. Thank you Mike for doing the right thing it’s nice to know that people still do business the proper way.

Yesterday, after a horrible experience at Lowes, we drove over to Good Deals at the suggestion of my wife.We were greeted at the door, introduced to a salesperson (Trevor Travis) who asked us how he could help. We told Trevor that we were looking for a new Range to replace our ancient one. We wanted stainless steel, ceramic top, convection oven, slide-in range. Trevor showed us several that met our specifications and explained the differences between them. We were thrilled to be able to see and buy a range that met both our needs and desires. We were thrilled at the price that we were quoted (considerably less than similar units at Lowes), and then we were told that it could be delivered for free on Monday!Trevor made purchasing an appliance a joy, Good Deals is our appliance store from now on!There is no need to shop around Good Deals is precisely what they offer!

I went in the store today to buy a washer and dryer. Customers were walking wearing masks but none of the sales people were. Florida is a hot zone right now for covid. Employees are wearing masks in many other stores. That leads me to believe they just dont care about their customers. I left the store. They arent the only store that sells appliances.

Very helpful and Jason was super at explaining everything to me.I now want to follow up as the fridge has been delivered. I was concerned late yesterday as I hadn’t gotten a call about today’s delivery so I emailed Jason. I got an auto reply that he was off on mondays and tuesdays. Not long after, I got a call from the delivery department to confirm the delivery and shortly after that I received an email from Jason (on his day off I might add -it was a Monday) saying he texted the delivery guys but had not heard back yet. I replied that I had heard from them and he said that’s great. He was sure all would go well. This morning bright and early there was my delivery guys with my fridge. Two young men, Brad and Marco. Very polite and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain all the questions I had. Last year we purchased an entire appliance package which included a wall oven, microwave, refrigerator, island cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, outdoor refrigerator, and finally an island vent hood.The refrigerator was on back order for nearly 9 months which was fine because they let us use a loaner until it was finally delivered and then swapped it out when the new one arrived.All and all the experience was good and the pricing was better than most.

I want to share what a nice experience I had @ Good Deals. Had to buy a new refrigerator months ago. Purchase, delivery & install went well. Went back to purchase microwave & dishwasher. Got a quote by Jason Tropani. After a month, decided to purchase the items. Jason was able to honor the prices and told me about purchasing insurance for the items. He was practical and gave personal reasons why he felt this was a good option. He merely stated the facts and felt comfortable letting me me make my own decision. It was a pleasant experience.

Very sorry I purchased a whirlpool washer from Good Deals. Once it was delivered we realized it lacked a fabric softener dispenser. The similar Home Depot model has it. Unlike Home Depot or Lowes they don’t allow free returns or exchanges. Stay away.

Bobby the sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. Delivery was within a few days of the purchase. We did have an issue with the refrigerator and washer not being level. We contacted Bobby and Tyler and Mark came out and repaired it very quickly. Prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend.

Went in to Good Deals today to purchase a fridge for my parents. Theirs quit after hurricane Irma. After ordering a fridge at one of the “big box stores” we were advertised that the order will take another 4 weeks to arrive in Naples. I told the salesman “how would you like to be without a fridge for another 4 weeks? “. He had no concern about our dilemma, which made my decision for me ~ cancel my order!Upon arrival at Good Deals, we were greeted by Jason and immediately found the right fridge for my parents at a fair price! The delivery is scheduled for Saturday! Yeah!!I highly recommend shopping for appliances at Good Deals Appliances! Oh and ask for Jason Toprani! He’ll make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

The owner claims better pricing is better then the Big Box Store but has failed 3 times on beating their price on kitchen sets Ive purchased - - Hands down, the Big Box is your better deal - - Especially if you purchase around the Holidays as they give up to 40% off - - Shop smart, save money !

My husband and I have had a “go away condo” in Naples for over 22 years. We had come “down” from the mid-Atlantic for a week, and discovered mid-way through that our refrigerator needed replacing. The problem was one of timing. We had to purchase a new refrigerator( that was not only good but fit in the space in our kitchen), but it had to be installed by Friday (the very next day) as we were returning home on Monday—and our building did not permit deliveries on Saturday. An impossible challenge we thought. Our good luck was to going into Gooddeals Appliances in its 6425 Naples Blvd. location and meeting Jason Toprani, our outstanding salesman. For the reasons I will detail below, Jason went the “extra mile”, gave us exemplary service, and became our “advocate” with the delivery and installation. And, he did it all with a smile on his face and attentive listening. There was not a problem (all very real) that we told Jason that he did not resolve.First, he showed us the perfect replacement—RCA Whirlpool side by side refrigerator that fit the dimensions we needed and went with the other while appliances in our kitchen. We have learned since that this model is recommended by GoodHousekeeping as the #1 side by side refrigerator in its top ten recommendations. The price was $700.00 less than that quoted by GoodHousekeeping!Then, Jason contacted the delivery/installation people and presented our problem with no Saturday deliveries and persuaded them to come the very next day. Indeed, the very next morning Jason called our home to make sure the delivery arrangements were made—incredible.This story has a very happy ending. The delivery and installation were done, and we are happy owners of a new, excellent refrigerator.With full enthusiasm, we recommend GoodDeal Appliances on Naples Blvd. and especially Jason. Ask for him when you go! Your will find a smiling, knowledgable, salesman who will go “the extra mile.”
